The world today is unarguably going through changes in various forms and ways. This has become evident by the many problems and challenges being faced by different countries of the world, such as environmental, behavioural, socioeconomic, security challenges and many more; hence our dear nation, Nigeria is obviously not an exception.

Suffice it to say that most of the problems being experienced around the world today, and specifically in Nigeria can be regulated through the use of administrative principles and techniques. It is in recognition of this that the Chartered Institute of Administration is organizing its 3rd All Administrators National Conference to discuss on issues of national importance and proffer solutions to identified problems or challenges which usually change from time to time.

The conference is scheduled to hold from Thursday 17th – Friday 18th October, 2019 at Sheraton Hotel and Towers, Ikeja, Lagos State. Time: 9:00am each day

The theme of the Conference is “Strategic Administration of Organisations: Times and Challenges.” The sub-themes are as follows.

i) Strategic Change Administration and Innovation to Curb Corruption in Nigeria.
ii) Contemporary Leadership and Administration Skills and Strategies as Tools for Achieving Organisational Goals and Objectives.
iii) Short, Medium and Long Term Strategies for Economic Growth in Challenging Times; and
iv) The Learning Organisation: A Strategic Approach for Improved Governance and Security in Nigeria.
