In today’s highly competitive business environment, organizations are increasingly becoming aware of the importance of quality personnel to carry out various organizational functions. Despite the recent rapid computerization of processes by most technology-based organizations (e.g. banks), organizational success and competitiveness still largely depend on quality and effective personnel.
Being aware of the above, organizations now help their staff become better employees by helping them reach their full potentials through a number of personal development tools and strategies. This will help them break through self-imposed limitations; laying the foundation for self-management and personal accountability, and teaching them how to empower themselves and reach new heights of effectiveness in every area of life.
Administratively, employee performance appraisal and staff motivation are keys to improved human effectiveness in the workplace. Increasing Human Effectiveness is a people-centric development process designed and proven to help maximize the productivity and effectiveness of the entire organization.
This workshop is therefore designed to improve staff effectiveness in, and away from work.

Administrators, Executive Managers, Heads of Departments, Division and Unit Supervisors, Team/Group Leaders, Line Managers and other employees in public and private sectors of the economy who are desirous of improving their personal effectiveness.
The workshop will utilize a variety of proven adult learning techniques to ensure maximum understanding, comprehension and retention. This includes: lectures, discussions, syndicate work, case studies etc. Audio-visual aids will be used to reinforce learning.
