The raising fear of failure has put pressure on organizations to reinvent strategies aimed at strengthening its service delivery, accountability and transparency initiatives.
It is pertinent to note that some traditional attitudes, beliefs and practices hamper the efficient and effective approach to productivity and service delivery. When systems are transparent, everyone understands the criteria for action; the organization will surely survive in a turbulent organizational environment.

This workshop is therefore designed to sharpen the skills of participants in making result-oriented decisions that will stimulate effective work ethics, support quality service delivery and expected transparency in job performance.

- analyze the impact of work ethics on service delivery improvement;
- identify factors that negatively affect attitude to work;
