Application Form is obtainable at our offices or download it on our website; to be completed andreturned with bank deposit/transfer slip for non-refundable application fee of N10,000; paid directinto the bank account of Chartered Institute of Administration with First Bank (A/c. No. 2012238864) or Zenith Bank (A/c. No. 1010155991).
